Job description

Job Brief:
Barista responsibilities include educating guests on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items, as well as crafting amazing beverage experiences. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and have knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.
Responsibilities:
oGreet customers as they approach the coffee bar
oGive customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
oTake orders while paying attention to details
oPrepare beverages following recipes
oServe beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins
oReceive and process payments
oKeep the bar area clean
oStocking of dry goods and prepared foods
oCheck if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
oCommunicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Requirements:
oPrevious experience as a Barista
oHands-on experience with brewing equipment
oAbility to gauge customers' preferences
oExcellent communication skills.
