Automotive Technician - Race Support Mechanic

Compensation: $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Mid-Willamette Valley
Join a privately owned, fully equipped shop serving both a commercial fleet and an active off-road/drag racing program. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented technician who enjoys a wide variety of mechanical work in a professional, low-pressure environment. Unlike traditional repair shops, there are no flat-rate hours or customer billing responsibilities.
Primary ResponsibilitiesComplete engine and transmission rebuilds are handled by outside specialists. This position is centered on maintenance, race preparation, fabrication support, and completing mechanical projects rather than heavy internal engine work.
