Job Description:

We're looking for a CNC Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines used to manufacture critical aerospace components. Shift: 3rd, Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:00 PM-6:30 PM 
Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

What You'll Do:
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines
  • Load and edit machine programs as needed
  • Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials
  • Produce parts to engineering and production specifications
  • Inspect and measure parts using precision measuring tools
  • Perform minor part modifications and finishing work
  • Follow assembly, production, and quality requirements
  • Utilize computerized production tracking systems
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience preferred
  • Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
