With a commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, we specialize in addressing a wide range of foundation issues to ensure the stability and safety of residential and commercial structures. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundation Crew Member to join our team.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Knowledge of foundation repair techniques, including underpinning, slab jacking, pier installation, and soil stabilization methods.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
  • Assist and install sump pumps, dehumidifiers, French drains, and vapor barriers.
  • Clean and remove mold with proper safety equipment.
  • Operate heavy machinery, tools, and materials on-site.
  • Complete preventative maintenance on foundation systems and the associated equipment.
  • Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Requirements:

Do I Have What It Takes!

  • Certification or training in foundation repair techniques or related fields.
  • Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Ability to go under small spaces like crawl spaces and basements.
  • Must be adept at using the basic tools of the trade.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
