Commercial Cleaning | Salem-Based | Independent Field Role

We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional to help grow our commercial cleaning business and strengthen our presence throughout the communities we serve.
This is an independent, customer-facing role based out of Salem, covering a large service area. You'll spend your time in the field building relationships, meeting decision-makers, and generating new business.
What You'll Do
  • Meet directly with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-person outreach, prospecting, and follow-up to generate new accounts.
  • Cover a vast geographic territory based out of Salem and develop new business throughout the area.
  • Attend industry events, networking meetings, and community events to build relationships and create opportunities.
  • Represent our company professionally and become an active part of the communities we serve.
  • Conduct property walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and help turn prospects into long-term customers.
  • Manage your own schedule and activities while staying accountable for results.
  • Attend weekly team meetings in Clackamas.
