Lux Foundation Solutions is a growing foundation and structural repair company serving our local communities. We help homeowners, business and Government protect their homes and buildings from structural damage, water intrusion, and foundation failure.

What You’ll Do

As a Foundation Crew Member, you will:

  • Assist in foundation repair and structural installation projects

  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and responsibly

  • Follow crew leader direction and work efficiently as a team

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

  • Treat each home as if it were your own

  • Represent the company professionally in front of customers

This role requires physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs, working in crawlspaces, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Construction experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

  • Ability to work in crawlspaces and outdoor environments
