  • Working with engineering teams to improve product usability, performance, documentation and customer readiness
  • Creating technical collateral, examples, guides and demos to support customer adoption
  • Developing a strong understanding of customer workloads, system behaviour and performance characteristics
  • Taking ownership of customer technical outcomes to ensure successful product adoption in key accounts

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, containers, virtual machines, networking and storage concepts
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to reason from first principles and learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work directly with customers in a technical capacity, including discovery, demos, troubleshooting and solution design
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous customer environments where requirements may be incomplete or evolving
  • Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical recommendations
  • Strong ownership mindset and desire to drive customer success
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineering, product and commercial teams
  • Motivation, adaptability and a willingness to take on new technical challenges
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
