Job Title: PCMS Engineer/Mechanical Integrity Engineer
Location: Midland, TX

Overview

We are seeking a PCMS Engineer with experience in Asset Integrity and Mechanical Integrity programs within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will support inspection management, equipment integrity, corrosion monitoring, and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) activities using PCMS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage equipment inspection data in PCMS.
  • Support integrity programs for pressure vessels, piping, pipelines, and pressure safety valves (PSVs).
  • Perform corrosion monitoring, thickness analysis, and remaining life assessments.
  • Develop and maintain RBI programs and inspection schedules.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and integrity performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and reliability teams to support compliance and risk reduction.
  • Ensure inspection records and asset integrity data are accurate and up to date.
  • Support turnaround activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
