Job description

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the service, diagnosis, and repair of our modern, all-gasoline fleet. Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Wage: $26.00 - $34.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, including fluid services, brake overhauls, and tire maintenance.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure fleet safety and compliance.
  • Document all repairs and diagnostic findings accurately within the fleet management system.
  • Adhere to shop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience as an automotive mechanic or fleet technician.
  • Strong diagnostic capabilities utilizing modern scanning tools and equipment preferred.
  • Possession of standard automotive hand and power tools (major specialty equipment provided).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
  • Strong commitment to workmanship, efficiency, and shop safety.
  • Either Ford Factory Training or ASE preferred
