  • Prescribe and manage pain medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations and practice protocols.

  • Order and interpret laboratory tests as needed to monitor medication efficacy and safety.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current NCCPA certification .
  • Valid and unrestricted South Carolina Physician Assistant license (or eligible for licensure).
  • Experience in pain management, family medicine, internal medicine, or a related specialty is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management principles, particularly as applied to chronic pain.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate, and ethical patient care.
