Job description

Looking for a seasoned Medical Assistant to join a well-established, concierge style practice in Lewes, DE. The practice consists of a solo practitioner and 500+ (mostly) adult patients, who are overall very compliant and respectful. We are a small "family" of sorts and are looking for a long-term addition to the practice. Ideally you are knowledgeable in primary care with great communication skills and a professional demeanor. Because of the small size of the practice you will wear many hats, including reception and phone skills, registering and loading patients (vitals, history gathering, etc), giving immunizations and teaching medical treatments (applying Dexcoms, using nebulizers, etc) and preparing laboratory samples for transport. We definitely would prefer phlebotomy skills but are willing to train "on the job", if necessary.

Benefits including a very competitive salary rate for the area, health insurance, a 401K plan with MAX matching rate AND profit sharing. Also, very generous bonuses for ACO performance and Christmas. We are open Mon- Friday with standard hours and we expect self-driven efforts to keep our practice running smoothly and give our patients the best care we can.

If you believe that you would be the right fit for our small team, please send your resume to Charlie@ChASMedicine.com. We look forward to adding you to our family!
