About the Position

The Client and Product Solutions Group at Fortress is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Associate to focus on investor relations and marketing.This individual will play a key role in supporting product development and creating collateral and due diligence materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play an active role in supporting the introduction of new investment products and contribute to the expansion of existing offerings.
  • Develop, update, and manage tailored marketing materials and presentations that effectively articulate fund strategies, value propositions, and differentiators.
  • Prepare and refresh presentation content for client and prospect meetings, including pitch decks, fact sheets, portfolio updates, and market commentary.
  • Manage the due diligence process for new investors, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sales teams, addressing investor and prospect questions and managing the completion of RFPs, DDQs, and information requests.
  • Liaise with internal teams (investment, asset management, accounting, legal, compliance, operations) to gather and synthesize information for investor communications.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for investor meetings, conferences, and fundraising events.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Assist senior team members in crafting marketing content and thought leadership pieces that highlight investment strategies and market perspectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment management, investor relations, investment banking, consulting product management, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience within an alternative asset manager is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and professionally.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, with a proactive approach
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data room platforms (e.g., Intralinks) is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $90,000 and $150,000

The base salary range proposed for this role has been set forth to comply with local law, but salary is only one element of the total compensation for this role. The base salary range suggested above does not include compensation elements such as bonuses, overtime and deferred cash (each of which are applicable in certain roles), benefits, perquisites, and company contributions to employee 401(k) accounts. Such other pay components often result in total compensation materially exceeding base salary for a particular role. Total compensation as well as base salary for a role depend in part upon individual performance, years of service, experience, geographic considerations, the performance and the needs of particular business units, company performance, and general market conditions.
