Essential Job Functions:

  • Serve as the first line of support for end-users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
  • Order, inventory, install, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Apple, and various mobile devices.
  • Quickly learn new software applications, providing support and training to staff as needed.
  • Multitask effectively while prioritizing multiple incoming requests.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, clearly communicating with users to resolve issues and ensure a positive support experience.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity basic best practices.
  • Work on-site in an office environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to research, diagnose, and resolve both hardware and software issues. Strong understanding of computer networking and security best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems.
  • Builds long-term relationships with team members through positive customer service
  • A continuous learner who constantly looks at how they can improve themselves and the firm
  • Experience installing and managing software through ManageEngine Desktop Central, preferred.
  • Troubleshooting experience with: Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk products, Bluebeam, Fortinet, Newforma, Microsoft 365, Power BI, VMware, Zoom, preferred.
  • Experience setting up TVs/displays and operating 3D printers, preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree or higher in an IT-related field.
  • Two or more years of professional experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Travel occasionally, approximately once per month.
