Physical therapist: 

A great healthcare facility located just outside of Helena, Montana, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to be part of a fantastic team dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare!
Pay: $36.00 - $52.00/hour
$20,000 retention bonus
Up to $7,000 in relocation assistance

Physical Therapist Opportunity:  

  • Full-time, permanent position 
  • Schedule: day shift, 5-8’s or 4-10’s 
  • Setting: opportunities to work in outpatient, inpatient, and float  
  • Incentive: $20,000 retention bonus and up to $7,000 in relocation assistance

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:  

  • Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan  
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team 
  • Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary 
  • Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams 

Physical Therapist Qualifications:  

  • BLS Certification 
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Montana (or eligibility to obtain upon hire)
