Job description

Afterhours Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for self-motivated and dynamic professionals to join our growing team at Forrest Logistics! As a After Hours Logistics Coordinator, you will focus on helping customers move their inventory in the most efficient and cost-effective way while working with our carriers to ensure safe and on-time deliveries. Previous logistics experience in account management and carrier relations is preferred.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with customers and carriers
  • Responsibly manage shipments by ensuring all loads are fulfilled to expectations
  • Monitor and report events within a load’s lifecycle to team members and customers
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve any issues with shipments
  • Manage carrier performance and responsibilities
