Concrete Carpenter/Finisher – Build and Finish High-Quality Commercial Concrete Projects

Job Overview

  • Company: Trademark Builders Group LLC.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.

  • Location: Onsite (Middle TN).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Some Weekends.

  • Project Scope: Commercial Building & Site Concrete.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity You will play a hands-on role in the success of our commercial projects by executing quality formwork and finishing. As a key member of our field operations team, you will have the chance to refine your craft in a supportive environment that values technical skill and career development. You will work directly with experienced leaders who prioritize quality and professional growth.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Construct and set formwork for site and building concrete according to project specifications and as directed by Project Foreman.

  • Execute high-quality finishing techniques to ensure smooth, level, and aesthetically consistent concrete finishes.

  • Implement daily assignments provided by the Foreman to maintain high production performance on-site.

  • Verify that all formwork is secure and correctly aligned prior to every concrete pour.

  • Utilize various hand and power tools safely to maintain an accident free environment.

  • Collaborate with the field crew to ensure a seamless workflow during high-pressure work days.

  • Maintain a safe and organized job site by following all established safety protocols and inspections.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the concrete industry.

  • Proven experience as a formwork carpenter for both site and building concrete.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in concrete finishing techniques for commercial applications.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented field environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working on large-scale commercial ground-up projects.

  • Strong understanding of various concrete mixes and their specific finishing requirements.

  • Familiarity with reading basic site plans or following layout markers.

  • Experience in equipment operation, skid steer & excavator.
