Job description

We are hiring multiple Skilled Carpenters for a major new construction project in South Florida, with openings across Miamiโ€Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. This is a longโ€term opportunity for experienced carpenters who can perform highโ€quality work in a fastโ€paced commercial environment.

You will work alongside site supervisors and trades teams to complete framing, formwork, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry tasks essential to project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Framing & Rough Carpentry โ€” Layout, measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal framing systems.
  • Formwork Construction โ€” Build and install forms for concrete pours.
  • Finish Carpentry โ€” Install doors, hardware, trim, blocking, and other finish components.
  • Blueprint Interpretation โ€” Read and follow construction drawings, measurements, and specifications.
  • Tool Operation โ€” Safely operate saws, drills, nail guns, and other carpentry tools.
  • Site Coordination โ€” Work with supervisors and trades to maintain workflow and safety.

Required Qualifications

  • 3โ€“5+ years of professional carpentry experience
  • Strong skills in framing, formwork, and/or finish carpentry
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
  • Reliable transportation to job sites across South Florida
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in active construction environments
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Preferred Skills

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification (REQUIRED)
  • Highโ€rise or large commercial project experience
  • Experience mentoring apprentices or helpers
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
