Build the backbone of a landmark project

Hardhat is hiring experienced Form Carpenters and Finishers for a project kicking off in Cape Canaveral, FL. You’ll shape, set, and finish concrete that stands up to the toughest standards.

A day in the role
  • Lay out and assemble formwork for new concrete pads and walls
  • Place, finish, and refine concrete to spec
  • Work efficiently with the crew to hit milestones and quality targets
What you bring
  • At least 5 years as a form carpenter/finisher
  • Proficiency in Concrete Installation & Finishing
  • Experience with Doco form and Simon form systems
  • Hands-on form carpentry expertise
Pay and perks
  • Compensation: up to $34 an Hour
  • Per Diem: $150 Per Diem- if you're not local to the jobsite.
