Bring Precision to Every Batch at Litehouse Foods as a Formulation I!


Location:
Sandpoint, Idaho
Shift: Monday - Friday, 2pm-10:30pm; overtime as needed on Saturday.
Starting Pay:$18.44/hr
Additional Pay: 2nd shift is $1.50/hr, 3rd/D/C Shift is $3/hr

What You'll Do
  • Measure & Mix with Accuracy: Retrieve and prepare dry/wet ingredients for production following precise instructions.

  • Document the Details: Log every step according to GMP-because quality starts with great records.

  • Clean & Sanitize Like a Pro: Keep equipment, tanks, filters, and workspaces spotless and safe.

  • Check the Quality: Perform in-process checks to ensure every product meets our gold standard.

  • Stay Connected: Communicate issues, equipment concerns, and improvements with your team and supervisors.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Less than 1 year of experience? No problem-we'll train you!

  • Basic understanding of food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  • Knowledge of FEFO inventory practices, ingredient handling, and batch preparation

  • Physical stamina to lift and transport materials and the visual/mathematical literacy to do it right

  • Awareness of safety standards, including hazardous material handling and use of PPE

  • Bonus if you're certified in forklifts, pallet jacks, or drum haulers (but we can help with that too)
