Litehouse is looking for a strategic Formulation Supervisor to lead daily formulation operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure every batch meets our quality and food safety standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and leading people, this could be the perfect next step.

What You Will Do
  • Lead daily formulation operations by coordinating with Procurement, Maintenance, and Quality to maximize efficiency, uptime, and production flow.

  • Supervise, coach, hire, train, and develop Coordinators and team members while managing performance, accountability, and employee relations matters.

  • Monitor production, maintenance, and quality reports to identify issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective actions.

  • Improve processes, procedures, equipment performance, and product quality through continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Adjust schedules and priorities based on production demands, equipment issues, or changing business needs.

  • Enforce safety, food safety, and quality standards while promoting a safe and compliant workplace.

  • Maintain documentation including disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and operational records.

  • Support hands-on production activities and other duties as needed.

What You Bring

  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical education preferred.

  • Experience formulating recipes and operating formulation equipment required.

  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of production operations, food safety, and quality standards.

  • Ability to read procedures, analyze data, and solve operational problems quickly.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.

  • Solid math and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
