STRATEGIC OUTCOME
Anticipate, assist, amp; execute provider’s direction in the delivery of extraordinary medical care and
customer service. Produce high quality imaging that aids the provider in medical decision making.
CRITICAL DRIVERS
• Anticipate the needs of the patient and provider and act accordingly
• Execute provider orders efficiently amp; completely
• Produce quality imaging to aid in provider decision making
• Ensure that all follow up actions are completed on each imaging patient (ie. Radiology over-read, imaging
referrals, images sent to appropriate party in a timely manner)
• Maintain all X-ray equipment according to safety amp; maintenance regulations
• Proactively and frequently communicate with patients amp; family members throughout their visit
• Follow up on all clinical questions and open items in message queues
• Ensure fast and accurate delivery of occupational medicine results and records
• Actively look for opportunities to create an extraordinary customer experience
• Ongoing success formula engagement
