Description Overview
Scope of the Role

The QA Technician responds to quality events, completes related documentation, and determines immediate
physical containment and remediation. They assist in identifying, assessing, and containing defects, and conducts
ASP's and manages the rework process including providing rework instructions. The QA Tech also reviews
documentation as necessary and performs auditing of Perrigo manufacturing and packaging process to ensure
that processes are in compliance with applicable cGMP requirements.

Experience Required

High school diploma or GED is required, with preference given to those with advanced education (2-year or
4-year degree, or progress toward a degree).
A minimum of 2 years experience working in an FDA regulated industry is preferred; at least 6 months of
experience is required.
Must possess an understanding of and ability to apply cGMPs. 
Must have a working knowledge of SOPs and be able to provide clear direction and interpretation.
Strong analytical skills are required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as are strong interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently against multiple deadlines is required.
Must be able to understand equipment operation and manufacturing/packaging processes.
