This role is responsible for improving the physical design, flow, productivity, scalability, and performance of warehouse and fulfillment operations.   • Design and optimize warehouse layouts, storage strategies, material flow, and workstation configurations.
  • Conduct time studies, labor planning, capacity modeling, and productivity analysis.
  • Develop engineered labor standards, process maps, slotting recommendations, and operational improvement plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve throughput, space utilization, labor efficiency, quality, safety, accuracy, and cost performance.
  • Support new client implementations, facility expansions, process redesigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build business cases and recommendations for equipment investments, automation opportunities, layout changes, and operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to implement sustainable process improvements and performance standards.

  • 3–10 years of experience in industrial engineering, warehouse engineering, fulfillment optimization, supply chain operations, or related operational environments.
  • Demonstrated success improving warehouse productivity, operational efficiency, labor utilization, or facility performance.
  • Experience with warehouse layout design, process improvement, labor standards, and operational modeling.
  • Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, kitting, shipping, and returns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, BI tools, simulation tools, Lean methodologies, or Six Sigma practices is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI productivity tools, including Claude AI, to support analysis, documentation, process improvement, and operational problem-solving is preferred.

Education & Credentials

While formal education and certifications can be valuable, we place greater emphasis on demonstrated performance, leadership, problem-solving ability, and alignment with our values.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications, Lean/Six Sigma credentials, or equivalent experience are considered a plus.
