Job description

Overview
Dialog Direct, a Qualfon Company, is seeking a Warehouse Management System Business Analyst to own the connection between warehouse operations and system functionality.
This role focuses on WMS requirements, configuration support, testing, reporting and analytics, and user adoption.
We are looking for a mission-minded team member who demonstrates strong values first, proven skills and experience second, and credentials third. The successful candidate must act with integrity, lead by example, and help the organization adopt better warehouse processes and system discipline.
Skills, talent, and experience are critical to the role, and candidates must be able to execute well and deliver expected outcomes. However, the right values and leadership behaviors are equally important, as the wrong cultural fit can outweigh technical capability. Credentials are considered helpful, but they will not replace a thorough assessment of the candidate's values, operating style, problem-solving ability, and demonstrated results.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and document WMS business requirements across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, kitting, and returns.
  • Support WMS configuration, testing, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate operational needs into system workflows, reports, dashboards, and enhancement requests.
  • Partner with operations, IT, engineering, and client teams to ensure WMS capabilities support business requirements.
  • Train users and support change management during implementations and process updates.
  • Monitor WMS performance, data accuracy, and recurring system issues.
  • Act as a mission leader by reinforcing standard processes, supporting user adoption, and modeling strong ownership across the organization.

Qualifications
  • 3-10 years of experience in warehouse systems, fulfillment operations, business analysis, or supply chain technology.
  • Hands-on experience with 3 PL WMS platforms and warehouse transaction flows. Experience with Logiwa or Deposco is a plus.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; Excel, reporting tools, SQL, or process mapping experience preferred.
  • Excited about experimenting with AI to optimize workflows and drive efficiencies.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, ownership, and ability to positively influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver results without relying solely on formal credentials; practical experience, judgment, and values-based leadership are highly important.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information systems, logistics, or related field preferred.
