The Commercial Operations Coordinator will support the Cadillac Formula 1 Team's Commercial and Business Intelligence functions by coordinating projects, managing operational processes, and helping ensure the successful delivery of commercial initiatives.

Working closely with the VP of Commercial Intelligence and cross-functional stakeholders across Partnerships, Marketing, Brand, Events, and Racing, this role will play an important part in supporting commercial planning, partnership delivery, and operational excellence across the organization.

  • Coordinate and support commercial activities, projects, and initiatives across the Business Intelligence and Partnerships functions
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and priorities to help ensure commercial initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, trackers, and operational documentation to support Commercial team activities
  • Track partnership deliverables and assist in ensuring contractual rights and obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Support the planning and execution of partner activations, events, hospitality programs, and commercial experiences
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners, helping to facilitate effective communication and alignment
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, proposals, and other materials used to support commercial initiatives and decision-making
  • Coordinate logistics and operational requirements for commercial projects, activations, and events
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency across the Commercial organization.
  • Provide administrative, project coordination, and stakeholder support to help deliver exceptional partner experiences and commercial outcomes

Requirements

What do we need from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

  • Internship, placement, or project experience within sports, marketing, events, partnerships, business operations, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, or stakeholder activities.
  • Interest in motorsport, Formula 1, sponsorship, or commercial strategy.
  • Experience using CRM, project management, or reporting tools.
