The Team Clothing & Apparel Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of clothing, footwear, technical race apparel, and luggage requirements for the Cadillac Formula 1 Team. This role ensures that team members are equipped with the correct, high-quality, and compliant apparel both at the factory and trackside, while maintaining a highly organized system for stock management, ordering, distribution, and logistics.

  • Oversee allocation, distribution, and recordkeeping of team clothing, footwear, and travel kits
  • Manage sizing, fitting, replenishment, and rotation of garments to ensure comfort, safety, and compliance
  • Coordinate and maintain inventory of team apparel (suits, boots, gloves, underwear, protective items) and support items
  • Handle allocation and upkeep of pit stop apparel and safety equipment
  • Manage laundry, cleaning, and post-session/race weekend garment care
  • Coordinate provision, labeling, and preparation of luggage, freight, and international travel requirements
  • Maintain stock control, ensuring adequate inventory for events and contingencies
  • Liaise with suppliers for ordering, custom requirements, packing, shipping, and global distribution

What do you need to bring to the team?

  • Previous experience in apparel coordination, sports team kit management, or a similar operational logistics role (motorsport experience desirable)
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
  • Knowledge of technical clothing requirements (fireproof apparel, FIA standards, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with drivers, mechanics, engineers, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in inventory/stock management systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively with the team throughout the race calendar
