A revolutionary destination that will transform  Dallas forever, The Knox Hotel & Residences by Auberge Collection will debut in late 2026 as the city's most captivating new address. A tapestry of bold design envisioned by the internationally acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the hotel offers 140 artfully imagined guest rooms and suites, each layered with texture, glamour, and character. Additionally, 48 private, world-class luxury residences are brought to life by Chad Dorsey, one of the most acclaimed interior designers in Dallas. Hotel guests and residents alike drift between four distinctive dining and drinking venues, from an all-day salon and terrace to the magnetic hum of a hidden cocktail lounge and lively pool garden. The hotel will also feature a signature Wellbeing by Auberge concept, where skin-health rituals meet cutting-edge therapies in a convivial yet serene setting. Responsible for the need for security's role of high-level accountability to ensure an integrated security strategy to protect assets and lower operational costs. Provides leadership and supports the team in achieving departmental goals and company objectives. A champion of the brand and our values, this role is impactful in achieving our desired financial results and outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Assumes a leadership role in multi-faceted security programs with a focus on protecting company assets.  Develops and implements a strategy that demonstrates the processes in understanding the nature and probability of catastrophic and significant risk events.
• Outlines in detail the plans to prevent and prepare for an adverse event, including awareness, exercises, methodologies, and training for management and team members.  Creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures for departments and hotels as it relates to security and safety functions.
• Oversees or handles all major criminal, civil, and internal investigations involving guests and team members.  Creates, reviews, and trains on reports and security measures.  Ensures that proper and thorough communications are maintained with senior management and governing authorities. 
• Accountable for gathering and assessing information that may affect the security and safety of personnel and the profitability or reputation of the hotel.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that create awareness, safety and overall support to both the Hotel and Residences.

Who are you

• Luxury Residential or Hotel experience a plus
• At least 3-5 years of direct experience in a significant leadership role and managing people. 
• Prior hospitality and security experience preferred.  CPP (Certified Protection Professional), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) and/or CLSD (Certified Lodging Security Director) accreditation preferred.
• Experience working in a luxury environment a plus
• Experience working in a  Residential environment a plus
• Bi-lingual a plus
