What You'll Do

As a Utility Vegetation Management Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining safe and reliable utility infrastructure while protecting natural resources.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting vegetation inspections and assessments along utility rights-of-way
  • Identifying tree and brush management needs and recommending treatment plans
  • Using GIS mapping and mobile technology to collect and document field data
  • Evaluating terrain, habitat, and environmental conditions in project areas
  • Helping utilities maintain compliance, reliability, and public safety
What We're Looking For

We’re seeking motivated college students who enjoy fieldwork, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

  • Passion for working outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions
  • Ability to read and interpret GIS maps and spatial data
