  • $150,000 bonus package!

  • Highly competitive compensation package- 2-year income guarantee of $301,290/year+ full benefits package, including paid malpractice and tail coverage, generous PTO, and $6,000/year for CME!

Licensed or eligible for State of Iowaphysician license;Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
