Network Access Control (NAC) Systems Engineer Location: Falls Church, VA, 22040 Clearance: Secret Job Description: The Network Access Control Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network access control systems for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security and experience with network access control technologies. Work with the existing NAC system (experience with ForeScout, Cisco ISE, ClearPass, or similar NAC solutions). Analyze network traffic and device behavior to identify areas for NAC improvement. Responsibilities: * Design and implement network access control systems * Configure and maintain network access control policies * Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) * Monitor network access control systems for security threats * Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure network security * Provide technical support for network access control systems * Stay up-to-date with the latest network security trends and technologies Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 3+ years of experience in network security * Experience with network access control technologies such as Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Aruba ClearPass * Strong understanding of network protocols and security standards * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
