Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $61.66hr - $66.66hr
  •  The role involves operating and supporting enterprise Zero Trust network security platforms, managing network access control, DNS/DHCP services, and ensuring secure connectivity across corporate, IoT, and OT environments while supporting incident response, compliance, and automation initiatives.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise network security, network access control, or DDI environments.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, 802.1X, RADIUS, and MAB.
  • Experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (IPAM) issues.
  • Experience working within ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in network security environments.

Experience:

  • Experience in enterprise network operations or security engineering environments.
  • Experience supporting network access control and Zero Trust security frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and support enterprise Zero Trust platforms including Forescout NAC and Infoblox DDI.
  • Perform daily monitoring, health checks, and troubleshooting of network access control, DNS, and DHCP services.
  • Manage network access exceptions, MAC address whitelisting, and device compliance for corporate and guest networks.
  • Analyze and reconcile asset data across Forescout, Infoblox, Axonius, and ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Support lifecycle management of unmanaged, IoT, and OT devices across the global network.
  • Respond to network access control incidents including authentication and captive portal issues.
  • Collaborate with network operations and service desk teams during security incidents or outages.
  • Implement approved network access policies, segmentation changes, and configuration updates.
  • Execute DNS/DHCP and IPAM changes following change management processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate operational tasks using tools like PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and documentation for operational support teams.

Should Have:

  • Experience with Forescout, Infoblox, or Axonius platforms.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and workflow automation.
  • Exposure to Zero Trust Network Architecture and IoT/OT device management.
  • Basic scripting or automation experience, preferably Python.

Skills:

  • Network security operations and Zero Trust architecture.
