Beyond Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in our state-of-the-art sports medicine facility located in Annandale, Virginia. This position is onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients in our outpatient therapy clinic. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, with two potential schedules: either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances patient care and treatment outcomes. • Deliver individualized patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a reasonable caseload that allows you to devote ample time and attention to each patient, enhancing their treatment experience.
• Employ your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to utilize appropriate, cost-effective interventions focused on improving mobility and reducing pain.
• Advocate for and provide non-surgical options that minimize patient reliance on medications while promoting natural recovery pathways.
• Craft comprehensive care plans incorporating a diverse array of therapeutic modalities and fitness programs tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Conduct regular evaluations and monitor treatment effects to ensure patients are progressing toward their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment strategies using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.
• Motivate patients throughout their journey, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery and overall health improvement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including personalized care teams, to ensure coordinated treatment plans are in place.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, and post-surgical recoveries. Each patient presents unique challenges and goals, requiring a creative and individualized approach to care. Our focus is on providing holistic treatment that empowers patients not just to recover but to thrive in their daily lives.

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program, accredited by a recognized institution.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with a clean record devoid of any sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional knowledge in various manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to create and implement effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, ensuring accurate and efficient documentation of patient care.
• Up-to-date knowledge of innovative physical therapy techniques backed by the latest research in the field.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient clinic setting focused on rehabilitation and sports medicine.
• Expertise in orthopedic and sports injury management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in designing wellness and fitness programs that enhance patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
