Position Profile

Weaver seeks a Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing Forensic and Litigation Services practice. Our team provides services and expertise in forensic investigations, dispute resolution and litigation support services for Fortune 100 clients.

The Manager or Senior Manager will be responsible for leading litigation support engagement. They will be responsible for overseeing the development of business valuation models, separate property tracing, and other forensic accounting related engagements, as well as drafting expert reports. They will also work closely with leadership to prepare and execute business and marketing plans effectively and have a responsibility to manage junior staff.Ā  Further, they will be market facing, as well as assist with the development of business and new engagement opportunities. This role will provide an opportunity to offer your valuable expertise in a variety of industries and to travel to client sites based on client needs.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • CPA, CFE, ASA, CVA or similar license or credential
  • 6+ years of public accounting, dispute consulting and/or forensic accounting experience
  • Experience in forensic accounting, dispute resolution and litigation support services
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain attorney relationships, and prepare engagement proposals and client deliverables
  • Experience supervising teams of all sizes
  • Experience in managing, mentoring and developing staff

Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience testifying or willingness to testify as an expert witness in financial, valuation and accounting related matters
  • Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
