Behavioral Health LPN – Join Our Growing Team
 

Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time (37.5 hours per week) Behavioral Health LPN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals at multiple of our clinics throughout the WNY area. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional care to individuals living with a variety of mental health and substance use conditions, helping to improve their overall quality of life. Your nursing expertise and commitment to supporting patients through their behavioral health and recovery journeys will make a meaningful impact on our community. This position will cover services at several of our locations. 
 

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about behavioral health and values a healthy work-life balance.  The ideal candidate will have psychiatric and substance use experience preferably in a behavioral health environment. Must have a working knowledge of CASAC regulations and be comfortable working with the forensic population.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing medical screenings and evaluations for the individuals we serve
  • Medical injections
  • Laboratory testing
  • Phlebotomy experience required
  • Obtaining prior authorizations as needed
  • Facilitation of Medical Education Groups
  • Assisting in Med Clinics

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited college of Nursing and 2+ years experience in a similar position.

Salary starting at $21.94 - $27.42 per hour depending on education, credential and experience. Up to $2,500 in sign on bonus.
