Job Description
Focus:
  • Project management of Global Market Access (GMA) for multiple product types including wireless, IoT and Industrial devices.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams on GMA best practices globally
  • Act as a key cross-functional partner across Global Market Access, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to ensure effective execution
    Key Competencies:
  • Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate clear, informative, persuasive, and collaborative verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must exhibit honesty, integrity, and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
  • Works with Lab Managers to ensure accurate P&L forecast, provide quality analytical data to clients, and meet on- time delivery dates.
  • Ability to manage a business at a profit/loss responsibility level.
  • Collaborates with sales team in launching GMA services across multiple industries
  • Collaborate with counterparts abroad to ensure delivery of consistent GMA services globally
  • Utilize the ARENA database to manage day-to-day business

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree with Project Management and/or minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
  • Project management experience required.
  • MS Office knowledge. Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.
