Familiarity with construction management software, scheduling tools, and safety regulations is typically required. Effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to motivate and coordinate teams are standout soft skills in this role. These abilities ensure smooth project execution, workplace safety, and timely completion of tasks within budget.
