Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Support office operations under the direction of the Administrative Support Assistant.
• Greet visitors and provide courteous customer service.
• Sort and distribute mail, deliveries, and departmental materials.
• Assist with filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and other routine office tasks.
• Support departmental events, projects, and special initiatives.
• Help maintain welcoming classrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Replenish office and classroom supplies as needed.
• Notify the Administrative Support Assistant of maintenance, safety, or facility concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling departmental materials and information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Previous office experience is preferred but not required.
Hours
Work schedules will be arranged around the student's academic schedule.
Pay Rate
$12.00 per hour.
Eligibility
Employment is contingent upon eligibility for and enrollment in the Federal Work-Study Program, as well as the availability of Federal Work-Study funding.
