Type: Full TimeLocation: Arlington, Virgina Overtime Exempt: NoReports To: ARMADA HQSecurity Clearance Required: ******************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD******************** Duties & Responsibilities:The Foreign Disclosure Support will review, document, and assist with the release of information to international partners and public audiences in alignment with disclosure requirements.The Foreign Disclosure Support conducts technical and analytical evaluations of material intended for foreign release, identifying sensitivities and advising on releasability actions.Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation that supports Government review and approval of release recommendations.Assist Government personnel in interpreting and executing disclosure and export policy requirements to ensure consistent application across the program.Coordinate with foreign disclosure offices, security organizations, and program stakeholders to support compliant release activities.Participate in meetings and working groups to provide subject‑matter expertise on disclosure processes, export limitations, and program sensitivities.The Foreign Disclosure Support maintains accurate records, decision logs, and documentation associated with information release actions and foreign disclosure decisions.Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Knowledge of DoD and international disclosure policies, export control regulations, and program‑specific release requirements.Skilled in evaluating technical information for releasability and producing clear, accurate documentation to support disclosure decisions.Ability to interpret policy guidance and advise Government personnel on disclosure, export constraints, and international release processes.Skilled in providing technical and analytical review of content to identify sensitive areas and recommend risk‑appropriate release actions.Ability to coordinate effectively with security personnel, foreign disclosure offices, and international stakeholders while maintaining strict compliance with release authorities.Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft programs and systems.Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort Minimum/General Experience:At least 10 years of relevant work experience.Specialized experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface. Minimum Education:Master's Degree in relevant field; or a bachelor's degree and 4 additional years of relevant work experience. Disclaimer:The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
