• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to foster positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and therapy sessions to comply with ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, which may include psychologists, psychiatric nurses, and medical doctors, to ensure holistic client care.
• Stay informed of current research and best practices in social work and mental health, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

As an LCSW at Forefront Counseling Services, you will primarily work with adults and families coping with complex issues related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Connecticut.

• Experience working with clients facing trauma, anxiety, and depression.
