Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and challenges.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient feedback.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care, to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care.
• Stay current with the latest research and trends in mental health to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to refine your skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Forefront Counseling Services, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our approach is client-centered, ensuring that care is tailored to meet the unique psychological and emotional needs of each person. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits
