Position Summary

  • This position is full time remote
  • This position is responsible for requesting, following up, and billing fee approval for the Florida team
  • Utilize reports and client system steps to process fee requests
  • Review, interpret new fee request directives and update fee matrix
  • Updating client systems

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by Management.)

  • Become an expert with our case management systems and ensure that client expectations are being met.
  • Work in all client systems and provide required documents
  • Locate file in case management system and reply to client with required document requests
  • Examine Florida foreclosure/Litigation files to determine the current status of the file
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years foreclosure knowledge
  • Familiar with Foreclosure pleadings and documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly organized with strong attention paid to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Able to adjust to the rapid pace of the Department and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Client system knowledge preferred (LPS, VendorScape, ADR, LenStar, etc)
