Job description

Clarke, Dolph, Hull & Brunick, PLC is seeking a dependable, organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Virginia Beach law office.

Salary range is $18.00-$24.00 an hour.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing document management systems and databases
  • Filing documents with the court or other entities as required
  • Organizing and maintaining legal files and documents

 

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with legal documents and terminology (preferred)
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to learn and use document management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel) 
  • The firm will consider applicants with relevant experience outside the legal environment.
