WE ARE HIRING!
We are seeking a highly dedicated and detail-oriented Foreclosure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing foreclosure-related tasks to ensure timely and compliant processing of both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions across multiple partner states. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
In This Role, You Will:
  • Process and review foreclosure files, including claims, documentation, and lien releases
  • Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Process claims, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Provide initial quality control review for document execution of financial foreclosure documents
  • Calculate and prepare foreclosure judgement figures and state required documents
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements
  • 1-3 years foreclosure or mortgage default related experience
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, RESPA, FFDCPA, GLBA, federal and state laws related to foreclosure processes, and mortgage loan documentation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to read legal terms and conditions and understand their meaning and how it applies to work processes
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Occasional travel up to 10% required
