Job description

Real Estate Agent - Specialized Foreclosure Division

Build a real estate career in a niche where specialized knowledge can give you a real advantage.

Our foreclosure division is looking for motivated agents who want to learn how to work with buyers, sellers, and investors involved in distressed and bank-owned properties. You do not need previous foreclosure experience. Training, mentorship, and proven systems are available to help you learn the process and build confidence in this specialized part of the market.

Quality leads, marketing support, and structured processes are provided so you can spend more time working with prospects, developing relationships, and moving transactions forward.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who is motivated, professional, and interested in building a specialized real estate business with long-term growth potential.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $180,000+

This is a commission-based opportunity, with earnings tied to individual activity, production, and results.

No prior foreclosure experience is required. Training and mentorship are available.

In-office presence is not required. Remote agents are welcome to apply.

If you’re ready to develop expertise in foreclosure real estate and build a career that stands out from the traditional market, apply today and let’s start the conversation.
