Job description

Our growing law firm is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our HOA Collections team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy, organization, and strong communication.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of timelines in foreclosure matters.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage foreclosure files from referral through sale and post-sale processes
  2. Prepare and review foreclosure pleadings, notices, and related legal documents
  3. Coordinate with attorneys, clients (HOA/management companies), and third parties
  4. Ensure compliance with South Carolina foreclosure procedures and timelines
  5. Maintain accurate file documentation and case tracking
  6. Communicate case status updates to clients and attorneys as needed
  7. Prepare attorney for hearings
  8. E-file documents and manage court-related filings
  9. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2+ years of foreclosure experience (South Carolina experience preferred)
  2. Strong understanding of foreclosure timelines and procedures
  3. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  4. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
