Job description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents for attorney review including Substitution of Trustees, Notice of Sale, Foreclosure Deeds and Acceleration letters.
  • Review dockets and public records for case progress and recordings
  • Perform Quality Control checks on files to ensure accuracy before and after sale
  • Communicate with Clients and provide status of accounts in multiple Client Systems
  • Handling Original Documents, recordings of originals, and/or Filing with the courts
  • Cross train and assist in other departments to ensure continuity

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a non-judicial foreclosure role or in a similar position.
  • Legal experience in the foreclosure field is desired
  • Ability to review chain of title preferred
  • Ability to work in high volume, fast passed environment
  • Ability and willingness to assist other teams when needed
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, be detail-orientated and highly productive
  • PC proficiency, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment
  • Ability to problem solve independently
  • Must have a Positive attitude
