Job description

Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment-marketed under the Poweramp, DLM, and McGuire brands. With manufacturing facilities in Germantown, Wisconsin and Malvern, Arkansas, all products are designed and produced in the USA using lean manufacturing techniques. This is a role within CG's Finance group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Support financial planning and analysis for assigned product and channel lines, serving as a finance partner for Revenue and Product Management and contributing a financial perspective on business performance., and (ii) Contribute to the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for assigned product and channel lines, ensuring alignment with planning calendar timelines and that departmental plans are in line with financial targets..
Requires 3+ years in roles financially supporting business units in a consumer durable or manufacturing environment. Experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned business units or product lines. Experience with New Product Development financial modeling and analysis and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Support financial planning and analysis for assigned product and channel lines, serving as a finance partner for Revenue and Product Management and contributing a financial perspective on business performance.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for assigned product and channel lines, ensuring alignment with planning calendar timelines and that departmental plans are in line with financial targets.
  • Deliver financial decision support for assigned product and channel lines, including analysis of volume price/mix, promotions and programs, in-market performance, and other key business metrics and trends.
  • Support New Product Development financial modeling and analysis for assigned product line projects, providing analysis to inform investment decisions and portfolio prioritization.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results, analyses, and forecasts for assigned product lines; support compliance with policies and controls, and ensure monthly estimates and accruals are accurately recorded.
  • Build and maintain standardized periodic reporting for assigned product lines; apply consistent business and financial metrics and terminology to support performance management.
  • Contribute financial insights for assigned product lines into strategic planning processes and cross-functional business performance reviews.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities within assigned product lines and develop analytically supported recommendations for Revenue and Product Management stakeholders.
  • Share best practices, analytical frameworks, and process improvements to support continuous improvement across the finance team.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience:
  • 3+ years in roles financially supporting business units in a consumer durable or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned business units or product lines.
  • Experience with New Product Development financial modeling and analysis

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance management.
  • Ability to own product line financial analyses and communicate findings through clear, fact-based reporting to cross-functional stakeholders; working knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning software
  • Knowledge of utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude) to support the development and improvement of financial processes.
  • Ability to identify, create, and maintain process improvements within exising workflows to develop and
  • implement new or updated organizational processes.

Preferred Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
  • Master's in Business Administration, CMA or CPA

Experience:
  • Experience with SAP and Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies (e.g., automation platforms, generative AI) to improve financial processes, with exposure to building or utilizing AI-driven agents/workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
The pay range for this position is $80,700.00 - $131,475.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
