Workforce Management Forecaster

Position Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain forecasts for 1000+ Customer Service employees, ensuring teams are staffed to meet customer demand.

  • Analyze customer demand, order volume and sales trends using weighted averages, indexing, seasonality and trend analysis to guide staffing plans.

  • Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals.

  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify workforce management forecasting and scheduling process improvements.

  • Effectively communicate data trends and expected outcomes to leadership, including senior management.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of forecasting experience. Experience with workforce management scheduling software preferred.

  • 3+ years of Excel experience with strong knowledge of formula definitions.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills.
