We are seeking a motivated leader to provide hands-on capture management and strategic support for a fast-growing opportunity pipeline within Intelligence and Security (I&S) with a primary focus on the Air and Space Force market. This position reports directly to the Senior Capture Director for Air and Space Force Solutions (ASFS). The hire has the authority and accountability for winning executable business and is responsible for leading opportunities through capture and transition to contract execution. In this job, you will: * Direct all phases, activities, and deliverables of multiple capture projects * Form, lead, and inspire diverse capture teams * Identify requirements for capture team members and sets their objectives * Lead customer requirement influencing strategy, requirement interpretation, and solution option generation including make/buy and partnering /teaming strategy * Plan, appropriately tailor, and use relevant business development processes; ensure timely lifecycle governance reviews and approvals * Lead development and implementation of the capture plan encompassing win strategy, price to win, etc. * Lead all aspects of the capture activity and winning orders in line with the specified terms and margin targets for a specific opportunity * Facilitate strategic reviews (e.g., strategy workshops, black hats, and blue teams) * Develop the business case for continuing to pursue and bidding the opportunity including capture budget * Lead stakeholder management and keep the business leadership team informed and engaged including timely escalation of issues needing resolution * Define customer relationship strategies and engage senior company executives in contact activity * Ensure smooth hand over to Project Manager for delivery phase * Lead lessons learned activities and support knowledge sharing and deployment of functional learning and development Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience or equivalent * Eight years leading captures or similar complex projects * History of leading and winning DoD captures ranging from $50M to $500M * Experience managing three or more captures simultaneously * Understanding of systems integration, IT, and mission solutions Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * MBA or comparable advanced degree * Shipley, APMP or similar certification Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
