We work with Commercial, Residential, and Specialty Contractors of all shapes and sizes; including many of the largest construction companies in the world.


The primary responsibility for the Core Market Account Executive at Raken is to close business. You will be expected to handle all stages of a typical SaaS sales cycle - lead nurturing, prospecting, discovery, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.


Seeking candidates near San Diego, CA for a hybrid role, blending on-site presence with occasional remote work flexibility.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Grow a sales pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead nurturing, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close
  • Meet and exceed sales performance goals
  • Be self-motivated with high energy and drive to succeed every day
  • Schedule/provide web product demonstrations, maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate notes and pipelines
  • Attend Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with sales team and meet weekly activity KPIโ€™s
  • Represent our organization at trade shows, events and demonstrations
Requirements:

Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of inside sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Full cycle SaaS closing experience
  • Salesforce and/or other CRM tools experience, along with Outreach, Zoom and Gmail experience are strongly desired
  • Smart, ambitious, willing to learn and must be coachable
  • Customer-centric sales style - focused on helping and creating value for our customer instead of just "making a sale"
  • Team-oriented, but competitive nature
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who enjoys solving problems and learning new things
  • Organized and Reliable
  • Experience within the Construction Industry is a bonus
