What You'll Do
  • Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and engaging attitude.
  • Provide personalized shopping assistance and product recommendations.
  • Deliver Forbes Five-Star service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and assist with merchandise questions.
  • Help maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Assist with receiving, restocking, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Build relationships with returning members by learning their preferences and providing personalized service.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to create an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications
Training & Experience
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Luxury retail, boutique, resort, country club, or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Job Knowledge
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury resort environment.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequently move throughout the retail shop assisting guests.
  • Lift, carry, or move merchandise up to 25 pounds.
  • Use a telephone, point-of-sale system, and other retail equipment.

Schedule
  • Full-time, approximately 35-40 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
