Forbes Advisor

Wilmington, DE • On-site, Remote

Full-time

Job description

At Forbes Advisor, our mission is to help readers turn their aspirations into reality. We arm people with trusted advice and guidance so they can make informed decisions they feel confident in and get back to doing the things they care about most.
We are an experienced team of industry experts dedicated to helping readers make smart decisions and choose the right products with ease. Forbes Advisor boasts decades of experience across dozens of geographies and teams, including Content, SEO, Business Intelligence, Finance, HR, Marketing, Production, Technology and Sales. The team brings rich industry knowledge to Forbes Advisor's global coverage of consumer credit, debt, health, home improvement, banking, investing, credit cards, small business, education, insurance, loans, real estate and travel.
Forbes Advisor is looking for a CRM Executive to help build and deliver brilliant lifecycle marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves getting campaigns live - building, testing, and optimizing email, SMS, and other lifecycle communications across one or two of our verticals.
You'll work closely with your CRM Manager to bring the lifecycle strategy to life, collaborating with teams across Product, Data, Design, and Commercial. Day to day, you'll build and schedule campaigns, set up audience segments, and help make sure everything ships on time and to a high standard.
The person we're looking for is well-organized, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in getting things done accurately and on time. You're a self-starter who's adaptable, comfortable juggling several campaigns at once, and happy to test and learn (even when that means test and fail).
This role reports to the Senior CRM Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Delivery:
  • Working with the wider CRM team, build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and beyond - making sure every send is accurate and goes out on time
  • Set up customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates within our customer engagement platform, Braze
  • Manage campaign timelines and keep stakeholders updated on progress
  • QA campaigns end-to-end before launch, checking content, links, segments, and rendering

Creative & Content:
  • Produce and adapt campaign copy in partnership with our internal teams
  • Build campaign visuals using our customer engagement platform, in partnership with our Design team
  • Help keep creative consistent and high-quality across campaigns

Strategy & Support:
  • Support your CRM Manager in bringing the lifecycle strategy for your vertical(s) to life
  • Contribute ideas and campaign recommendations to grow lifetime value, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Help build and run the test-and-learn roadmap

Reporting & Analysis:
  • Pull campaign reporting from our customer engagement platform and Tableau
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and flag results and learnings to the team
  • Share regular updates on tests performed and week-on-week / month-on-month performance changes

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly in lifecycle/CRM in a D2C or comparison business
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering accurate work to deadlines
  • A self-starter and clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
  • Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with Braze, or an equivalent customer engagement platform
